I've just discovered why I lost weight this week - the vegan cream was for a 100ml serving which was 203 calories but I've just discovered that the actual serving size is 2 tablespoons which is only 61 calories, so I was consuming over 100 calories less a day than I thought! That's pretty much half a day's calories missing a week! I'm gonna aim to turn my FitBit graph green again this week, but I'll have more calories to play with every day and I can have 3 creamy drinking chocolates a day, guilt-free and still be consuming less calories than I thought last week!
Today's breakfast was another bowl of Berry granola, soya milk, watermelon fans and my now-standard bottle of orange juice.
