I had a two course lunch today, neither of which was made by my carer 'cos she was really angry with me after I asked her to help me to change the bedding. She ended up doing just the duvet and 1 pillow while I did the rest of it and she hurriedly disappeared the second it ticked over to 18 minutes today.
The first course was my usual mug of soup and it was the start of the minestrone Cup Soup carton today.
The second course was the leftovers from yesterday's roast which was 2 servings of a vegan family roast, a roast potato cooked in vegetable oil, runner beans and broccolini which has filled me up nicely, but I've still gotta consume at least 267 calories before bedtime and it'll be even more by the time I've done my laps this afternoon! I can see at least 2 creamy drinking chocolates in my future this afternoon lol
