Back to normal with me making my lunch of a mug of instant Vegetable Cup Soup again today 'cos my lunchtime carer was more interested in sitting down using her phone than supporting me, but she washed up the mug and spoon when I'd finished drinking it, which is more than most carers do, so I'd best not complain 😏
