...I didn't have anything hot or breakable in my hands when I came through to put the 'Super Green Revitalise' tea into the FitBit app 'cos I wobbled hard into the wall and flung my arms out to save myself while I was waiting for the green tea to brew for the 5-8 minutes! I'm definitely not moving off the sofa until my lunchtime carer arrives now for safety's sake!
