...morning laps done and dusted, the air purifier turned on and my watch charging up again.
There were several significant wobbles and several stumbles, but no falls on the laps so I can go and make myself a herbal tea to recover then not move off the sofa until my lunchtime carer arrives, unless I need a wee.
