For my first meal of this new week, I just had my usual berries and cherries muesli, plant protein soya milk, a pack of apple and grapes and a bottle of orange juice, same as normal. I've also got a decaff instant coffee on the go too 'cos I'm so cold. At some point this week I'll be back to having toast and a bottle of orange juice for breakfast so that'll be different to the last few months!
