I've just been to check on how well or otherwise the bread is defrosting after exactly an hour and it's all finished, so I'll be able to have my breakfast as soon as my carer has gone after all!
Hopefully it'll be a bit softer when it's been toasted too, so that it doesn't totally grate my throat to smithereens when I swallow each mouthful!
So far so good today.
