...finished writing for the day and week.
I've earnt 4 treat-sized chocolates but no J2O today, but that's OK by me.
Tomorrow's lunch will still be an instant soup, but my mid-afternoon slump will hopefully be resolved with the leftovers from today's lunch.
I've had a rough week, physically, this week... barely any laps and I've fallen and wobbled sooo much through the physio, but I'm hoping next week will be better 'cos I think I pushed myself too hard, too fast during the second week, but I've learnt my lesson now lol
It's a bit earlier than normal, but I'm gonna pop my last two pills of the week and head to bed for an early night now.
