I was a good girl and popped my last two pills of the week at just about the right time, but I re-discovered the delights of Holland and Barratt again so invested in a pack of me-friendly marshmallows, Omega 3, 6 and 9 gummies and some 5-HTP gummies too so it's been an expensive hour or so, but that's me sorted now for the added comfort of loaded drinking chocolates, the mood lifter and the Omegas that I've never taken in my life.
My eyelids are rapidly closing, so I'm shutting down for the night now.
