Today's lunch was another mug of instant vegetable Cup Soup, made entirely by me yet again 'cos my carer was more interested in using her phone again - she didn't even put her PPE on today 'cos she knew that I'd prolly do it! The last meal that a carer helped to make was back in Summer when I was having salads, but I'm predicting that I'll still be having these mugs of instant soup in Summer 'cos my carers will be so used to doing literally nothing for those 18 minutes that they have to be signed in for to be paid that they won't even help to make salads any more!
