It's gonna be a weird one today 'cos I'll only be having a bottle of orange juice for breakfast then I've got to squeeze in weighing myself, logging my weight then downloding, coding and uploading the spreadsheet before I leave the house, so I'm gonna go and do that now before I forget methinks.
I'll wait until I've weighed and logged before I put up my day's to-do list so that I don't forget. I've already taken my morning pills and run the daily virus scan so I'm all set until my carer arrives now.
