Wanna take a guess at what I had for lunch today? Yep, another salad, but today's protein was vegan grated cheese and it's thanks to my carer noticing that it was missing that I had any protein at all!
It was the cheese, sweet and crispy salad, coleslaw, 5 radishes and 5 cherry tomatoes for my lunch today. I'm still waaaay under my calorie budget, so I'm gonna indulge in a tub of vegan ice cream this afternoon but I won't take a photo of it or comment on it so that I don't bug you all more than necessary 😉
