I had a comparatively big lunch today, compared to last week, but I've been able to finish off the half a package of salad today so my next 6 lunches are gonna be double the size 'cos I'll be having the whole pack instead of just half of the salad 'cos I've accidentally got 6 packets instead of 4 lol
Today's lunch consisted of the salad, 5 radishes, 5 cherry tomatoes, 2 slices of dairy-free cheese as well as a big spoonful of vegan coleslaw.
I'm 88 calories over budget but I'll easily use those calories up when I do my laps this afternoon. I was pondering on scoffing a 6 portion packet of crisps this afternoon, but we shall have to see how I feel after I've done my laps. I'm trying to consume around 2,000 calories a day so that I can maintain my weight, 'cos if I go under that then I tend to lose weight and if I go over then I put on weight. I'm slap bang in the middle of the healthy weight range for my height so putting on and losing isn't a problem, so I'm using the opportunity to experiment to find what keeps me there.
