Because of techie issues this morning, I had to do a system restore, which only finished about half an hour before my lunchtime carer arrived, so it seemed pointless to make two posts so close together, sooo, here is my breakfast photo of 2 slices of wholemeal toast with dairy free spread and a 250ml bottle of orange juice. My lunch was a mug of minestrone instant soup and 3 iced mince pies.
