...can be achieved in 15 minutes when the carer actually supports me!
This morning's carer helped me to get washed, dried and dressed and still had enough time to chat to me as she was filling in her notes because there was 5 minutes before she could sign out!
Apparently she hadn't come for a few months so was shocked that I no longer had a bathroom sink but relieved that I now use hot water to wash in instead of cold.
She's set me up for a great day today - if only more carers were like her, I'd have less to be grumpy about!
