I remembered not to open my email programmes, so the weekly virus scan started first time, but I forgot to come down at 3.32am so I hope the virus scan finishes and backups start at the right time so that I don't have to restart the backups when the physio has gone.
I've taken my morning pills with my morning glass of water, so I'm all set until lunchtime now.
Time to put my to-do list together for the day now, methinks.
