...yesterday was obviously poo 'cos I forgot to do the two caring totals and I can't remember how long each of the carers helped me for, but I'm guessing it's about half an hour a week when they don't change the bedding and 45 minutes when they do even though I'm charged for 6½ hours of support a week.
