I'm feeling pretty proud of myself today... I've finally admitted to the secret I've been keeping to myself for the last 34½ years and done an extra couple of minutes of laps as well as planning my main task for tomorrow and writing a letter to my GP about my last secret. I've asked Marie about helping me with the physio task on Sunday and she's agreed, so I wanna try and go to the postbox with her to post the letter as well as the physio to really challenge myself. I'll have to seriously push myself if I have to do it with the physio on Monday as well as with Marie on Sunday lol
Aaaaanyway, I've popped my last couple of pills of the day so it's time to hit the sack now I reckon.
