I've done very little today, but I'm absolutely wiped out, stiff as a board and in a great deal of pain, so I've taken my last pills of the day on time and I'm gonna head straight on up to bed.
I'll see you all in the morning and I've gotta remember to turn the immersion heater on after lunch so that I can have my weekly bath... you watch me forget though! 😏 lol
