• Take bread out of the freezer for my breakfast this morning

• Boil water in preparation - completely forgot!
• Get washed and dressed with my carer
• Refill kettle with water
• Have breakfast

• Put review on Amazon - it wouldn't let me for some reason!

• Give delivery away to Freegler
• Give chopping board away to Freegler - someone is coming for it at 6pm
• Give out of date food to Freegler

• Do the news
• Keep working on memorial site
• Have lunch
• Log lunch into FitBit app
