I went the opposite way to the postbox today and it went OK I think. I've now gotta either do the walk or the exercises each day between now and next week 'cos both together is too much, so rather than doing both, depending on the weather and how I'm feeling, it's either a walk or the exercises but not both. I won't be doing the exercises this afternoon 'cos I've done both this morning and I'm absolutely wiped out, stiff, in a great deal of pain and shaking like a leaf so I'm just gonna take things easy for the rest of the day now.
Soo proud of myself that I managed it though!
