Today's lunch, like many Monday's, was the leftovers from yesterday's Sunday lunch with my in-laws and was 2 servings of a vegan family roast, 3 servings of roast potatoes cooked in vegetable oil, a serving of broccoli and 2 servings of runner beans. My carer commented that it was a big lunch today and it's filled me up, so I won't be polishing off the mince pies after all - a mid-morning snack for tomorrow methinks.
