Today's lunch was just my usual mug of instant vegetable Cup Soup made entirely by me again today because my carer spent the entire 20 minutes on her phone, angrily talking to her sister in her mother tongue (Afrikaans??) back at home in Africa. She when she finished the call she came in to see me and ranted to me about the situation (I know some details of the situation but I'm not gonna break a confidence) then went to the toilet and didn't flush so I've had zero care from either of my carers today. Hey-ho, I'm used to it now.
