100% of my meals and drinks have been made by yours truly today because today's lunchtime carer was more interested in watching videos on her phone than helping me today.
Lunch came in two parts - first was a mug of instant vegetable Cup Soup and the second was 3 rich & fruity iced mince pies 'cos I need to keep my calories up.
