I think someone at the caring agency reads my blog because for the last couple of days they have been super helpful and supportive instead of being glued to their phone for the entire visit lol
Today's lunch was just my usual mug of instant vegetable Cup Soup again and I polished off the box of three iced mince pies too but I'm still 422 calories under budget and there's no way I can make that amount up this afternoon, so it'll be a blue day on my FitBit graph today.
