I've woken up feeling like I haven't slept and I'm doing everything in the wrong order this morning - about the only thing I've done right is taking my blood pressure as soon as I came downstairs! My routine is to take my blood pressure, then my morning pills, then breakfast, then washing up, then laps but not this morning!
I've done my usual Monday task of weighing myself after breakfast and I've only put on 150g but I'm still within the healthy weight range for my height, so my aim for this week is to turn my FitBit graph red every day and to just do a single set of laps each day again.
I've got my medical appointment at 6pm so I hope I'm still awake by then! lol
Time to put today's to-do list together now I reckon.
