...discovered that the most foam comes from caffeinated instant coffee rather than decaff.
I've just had my first allowed "dose" of caffeine for this week and decided to use my milk frother, almond barista milk, and my big mug... and I'm glad I did 'cos on the max froth setting on the machine there was enough froth to overfill the mug - twice!
Sooo, so far I've learnt that I like my drinks way too hot... and that tepid is the proper temperature when using barista milk. I've also learnt that caffeinated coffee foams waaaay more than decaff.
I'm wide awake now and will be rushing backwards and forwards to the bathroom for the rest of the day but I'm at the bottom of the jar now, so I'm hoping that I'll have it finished before I've finished NaNo, but I'll try and remember to use the small froth setting next time I have a frothy caffeinated coffee.
