I've been awake for an hour and I've already got dressed, taken my first blood pressure reading of the day, taken my morning pills with my morning glass of water, been for two wee's and made myself a mug of decaff tea, so I'm all set for the day now. Gotta remember to put in my next grocery order this morning and bring in my groceries this afternoon... you watch me forget though! lol
Time to get the first to-do list of the day together while I wait for my first carer of the day now I reckon.
