Supplements taken

Just taken me 3 supplements.

They all went down OK today.  The Calcium got crunched up, same as always but it became a sort of lumpy paste instead of crumbs.  The Iron went down after 2 mouthfuls of squash and it didn't disintegrate today.  The Multi went down first time so I was happy with that.
