...aiming to turn my FitBit calories green every day which should be easier than last week 'cos I haven't got any high calorie foods (like the honeycomb and choccie biccies) left to have now, so it might be blue days this week instead of red, but it's just a case of experimenting until I find what works for me.
I've got a fruit loaf in the freezer if I'm struggling too much to get enough calories into me and I've got Ryvitas and Hummus on tomorrow's grocery order (assuming they're in stock of course), so they will be my lunches this week and it's just a case of finding what works for me and sticking to it.
