I completely forgot to say goodnight to you all last night, I'm so sorry!
So far this morning I've taken my blood pressure, popped my morning pills, had my breakfast and started off the monthly virus scan, then made myself the first drinking choccie of the day, without cream this time.
I'm gonna shut up now and get today's to-do list together, then put my blood pressure readings onto the spreadsheet and hopefully get the breakfast photo downloaded, resized and uploaded before my carer arrives, then get my head stuck in yesterday's book until lunchtime.

Mornin' all
Today is gonna be a bad memory day because I already forgot to take my morning pills until after I'd had breakfast, but they are down the hatch now, so I'm just waiting for my morning carer.
I forgot to take my FA on Tuesday so I'm not gonna take it today either otherwise my OCD will kick in because there isn't an even number of pills popped out.
The virus scan was clear so maybe it just needed the weekly scan to get things properly secured again?
I'm expecting a quiet day today so I'll hopefully be able to stick my nose into a book today.

Aaaand...relax
Loki was taking charge this morning because it's been one thing after another. It started off as normal with my emergency wee as soon as I woke up, then taking my blood pressure, then another wee, getting a glass of water, popping my pills, setting off the weekly scan, having my breakfast then my first hot chocolate of the day. I'd only just finished draining the mug when my first carer arrived, I risked another hot choccie, then another wee, then my laps, then I made myself a caffeinated mocha and I didn't even have a chance to take a sip before my prescriptions were delivered!
Thankfully the rest of today should be a lot calmer with just finishing the scan, doing the backups and cleaning the bathroom... I might even be able to stick my nose into a book this afternoon too!
Talking of which, the scan has just finished so I'm gonna go for my first caffeinated wee of the day then set the backups going.

I've been awake since 4am and I've managed to take my blood pressure, pop my morning pills, have a proper breakfast, start the weekly virus scan and make myself a creamy hot choccie.
I haven't got anything planned for today other than hopefully my prescription being delivered or chasing up the pharmacy for the third day on the trot if it isn't.
I've decided to have toast for breakfast when I've finished off the Weetabix so that'll hopefully warm me up a bit too.
Time to get today's to-do list together before my carer arrives.

Goooood morning all!
I've woken up in a pretty positive mood today so I hope it lasts!
My blood pressure has been taken, my morning pills have been popped, the virus scan found an advanced issue again, which is now resolved and now that I know what the issue is, I can relax until my anti-virus programme decides that it's no longer an issue.
I forgot to make my breakfast before I put my laptop back on the table, so today's breakfast is chocolate raisins and a mug of instant decaff coffee lol
Gotta remember to put in a new grocery order and put the bags in front of the door after lunch. I bet my prescription will turn up just as I'm doing my laps! lol

Today (24th February 2025) I'm grateful for...
...having a full belly after such a big lunch, getting more feedback on my misery medical memoir that I wrote for NaNo24 and edited for the first time for JanNo25 and especially for how little my energy is going to cost me this month 'cos I've already saved about a tenner this month, plus at least £2 today and it all adds up!
I'm also grateful that I phoned the pharmacy first thing and I'll hopefully have my newest prescription in my hands tomorrow morning.
I'm also grateful that I can keep doing my laps this week but I wanna try and get my weight even higher if I can so that I can confidently do the laps without worrying about how much weight I'm losing.
On top of all that, I'm grateful that I found out for sure what the advanced issue is with the virus scan... I know that it'll just take a bit of time and patience and it'll magically heal itself rather than being infected by anything nasty.
Today has been a good day.
That's impressive!
I've just spotted how much electricity I've used since midnight and it's less now than it was yesterday morning when it came on! Spring is definitely springing if I can get away with under £2.50 usage in 24 hours! Long may it continue!
I checked my yearly usage which goes from April to April and I've only used about £600 so far which is even better!!

Mornin' all
Well, after not taking my pills last night it feels like I've barely slept a wink, even though my FitBit says that I was asleep for well over 8 hours.
So far this morning I've taken my blood pressure, popped my morning pills, had my breakfast, weighed myself and run the daily virus scan which found another advanced issue so I haven't got a clue what's causing that as I barely used my machine yesterday!
I'm still within the healthy weight range for my height, but I've lost 800g so I'm gonna be able to have multiple hot chocolates a day this week now that my lunches are 77 calorie soups rather than 1,000 calorie biscuit bars! I'll still be doing two sets of laps a day but I'll reduce their length compared to last week.
This blog post is getting a bit long, so I'm gonna publish it and put today's to-do list together before my first carer of the new week arrives.
