Well, after not taking my pills last night it feels like I've barely slept a wink, even though my FitBit says that I was asleep for well over 8 hours.
So far this morning I've taken my blood pressure, popped my morning pills, had my breakfast, weighed myself and run the daily virus scan which found another advanced issue so I haven't got a clue what's causing that as I barely used my machine yesterday!
I'm still within the healthy weight range for my height, but I've lost 800g so I'm gonna be able to have multiple hot chocolates a day this week now that my lunches are 77 calorie soups rather than 1,000 calorie biscuit bars! I'll still be doing two sets of laps a day but I'll reduce their length compared to last week.
This blog post is getting a bit long, so I'm gonna publish it and put today's to-do list together before my first carer of the new week arrives.
