...I've got a digital landline connected up to my broadband and an emergency phone just in case I need to call 999 in a power cut or internet outage.
I think that calls for a celebratory pre-lunch mocha!

...heard from the engineer who is doing my switchover so unless something major goes wrong I'll be able to have a proper lunch today after all!
I'm sooooo anxious now though lol
I couldn't have any Weetabix, toast or juice this morning 'cos there's temporarily loads of stuff in front of the fridge, so it's purely liquids until the engineer has been and gone.
Today's breakfast was a 500ml glass of water and I've got my second one of the morning on the go now too.
Here's today's breakfast photo:
So far this morning I've been for two wee's in 20 minutes (literally), taken my blood pressure which was high-normal for me at 108, popped my 12 morning pills with my breakfast glass of water (which I've just put into the Nutracheck app) and run the daily virus scan while I went to brush my teeth.
It'll just be drinks until I've got my phoneline switched over this morning 'cos I can't get to my fridge, freezer or cupboards until the engineer has been and gone.
My 'Morning Stability' score was 3 out of 5 again, so I'll do my laps and exercises when the engineer has gone too.
Time to get today's breakfast photo resized and put up on here and Instagram then I'll get my to-do list together.

It's been a very long, very stressful day today, but my deliveries turned up at a decent time and I've opened and put them away and moved the living room around a bit so that tomorrow's engineer isn't crammed into such a tiny space.
I've taken my last two pills of the day and I'm heading to bed now.
I'll see you all in the morning.
Nite nite orl
Today's lunch/tea combination was a 750ml bottle of mixed up Electrolyte and other goodies and it'll potentially be the same for breakfast and lunch tomorrow too, depending on what time the engineer gets here. I've got my veg scrubber and a peeler now though, so starting either tomorrow or Friday I'll be having potatoes for my lunch and hopefully each lunch after that too.
Here's today's lunch/tea photo:
My deliveries have just turned up, been used as much as possible and put away.
I've also put the stuff into the kitchen ready for the digital switchover between 8am and 1pm tomorrow, so from now until that's all done and dusted, it's water for each drink and potentially Pringles for tomorrow's lunch if I'm still waiting for the engineer at lunch time.
I've tried both shoes on and I'm impressed by how comfortable they both are. One is more solid and supportive than the other, but I was assuming that anyway. I'll use the solid shoes for when I know I'm going out for medical appointments or whatever (suggested by a physio) and the other ones will be my usual warm weather shoes to wear around the house and for taking the rubbish and recycling outside or bringing it in as well as short notice trips out of the house - a comfortable compromise between slippers and shoes. Continuing with my efforts to be more colourful clothes-wise, the "outside shoes" are very light grey and the "inside shoes" are multicoloured which, in my non-fashionable opinion, will go with most things that don't need to be smart.
I'm glad that I got a second spice rack 'cos I can separate my Pagan herbs from my cooking herbs now. I've officially fully stocked my Pagan one and I think I've got 3 or 4 spaces left in my cooking one.
The last two things are still wrapped/boxed up for safety reasons, but it looks like they are what I wanted too and I'll be able to crack them open for my (hopefully not too late) lunch tomorrow after getting my phone switched over.
I can, thankfully, have a reasonably early night tonight now.
Thank you Loki!
Like most Wednesday's, I'm getting my breakfast photo up several hours after consuming it because of the weekly virus scan and backups. It'll potentially be the same tomorrow, depending on what time the engineer comes to get my new phone line put in lol
Today's breakfast was just a simple 500ml glass of water to wash my 10 morning pills down with.
Here's today's breakfast photo:
Well, last night's early night didn't happen after all and I woke up at 4.20am thinking that someone was hammering on my door, so I rushed downstairs and there was no-one there but my day had obviously started.
My 'Morning Stability' score was back down to 3 again, so just one set of laps and exercises today. My blood pressure was a bit raised at 110 again, but I'd been moving around before I took it, which is prolly why.
I remembered that it was the weekly virus scan and back-ups day, so that's at 85% at 5.57am.
Time to get today's to-do list together, then wait to start the backups, then my laps and exercises while I wait for my deliveries now I reckon.

There are lots of things that I've gotta remember tomorrow, starting with having toast for my breakfast, then refilling a bottle with squash, then the weekly virus scan and backups, then potentially, if my score is high enough, my laps and exercises all while waiting for my four deliveries so that I can prepare, cook and eat my potatoes. Depending on when the deliveries arrive tomorrow, decides what I have for my lunch - it could be either a vegetarian sausage roll or a veggie burger with a couple of salad potatoes or a sweet potato, but I won't know for sure until the deliveries give me a rough window... I hope they are all early!
I'm absolutely knackered so I'm heading to bed.
I'll see you all at some point tomorrow.
Nite nite orl
Today's tea was about as healthy as it gets - a large pear and a small plum, washed down with a 500ml glass of water.
Here's today's tea photo:
...severely regretting it tomorrow, but I've just done my second set of laps and exercises of the day (because my 'Morning Stability' score was 4 this morning) and I'm proud of myself, but think I've overdone it today.
It's almost tea-time (at 3.30pm) when I'll have a pear, a plum and a glass of water, then I'm gonna have an early night methinks.
I was cold this morning, but now, after putting my groceries away, I'm hot, so I'm having 3 vegan ice creams for my lunch.
Opinions please - what is the healthiest way to keep my weight stable now that I've got it to where my medical team and me want it to be please? I'm already sorted for lunches, but my choices for breakfasts are fruit juice as standard, but do I focus on choccie Weetabix with soya milk or toast and vegan spread or a vegan yoghurt for my breakfast please? I've already got the Weetabix, soya milk, bread and spread but if the yoghurt is the way to go then I'll just add it to next week's shop.
I've always found it soooo easy to lose weight (just have to sneeze and I lose 1kg lol) but putting and keeping it on has been a lifelong struggle. Now that I'm where the nurse wants me to be (right at the top of the healthy weight range for my height), I'm facing a constant battle with keeping my weight stable and I don't know how to do it! Has anyone got any ideas please?

Here's today's lunch photo:
There's only one photo of my breakfast this morning because it was a purely liquid meal of my usual 500ml glass of water to wash my 13 morning pills down with and a freshly-decanted 250ml bottle of Wonky Orange juice this morning.
Here's today's breakfast photo:
Well, I had a late start to my morning and I'm quite chilly this morning but can't be arsed to put the cover onto the duvet and back onto the bed lol
So far this morning, I've taken my blood pressure which was back down to my high-normal of 108, popped my 13 morning pills and had my breakfast of a bottle of Wonky Orange juice. I'll get my breakfast photo up when my monthly virus scan has finished.
My 'Morning Stability' score was a huge 4 out of 5 today, so I can do both sets of laps and exercises today, before my groceries turn up this morning and after a hopefully protein-packed lunch.
I hope all my groceries are available, but it's no biggie if they aren't today 'cos most of it is herbs for my Workings and protein bits to go with my veggies but I've got bread in the freezer and protein powder and a few meal replacements if none of it is there.
Time to wash up my breakfast bottle and do my first set of exercises of the day after I've put today's to-do list together now I reckon.

I'm absolutely poopy-dooped so I've taken my last two pills of the day, done my evening Visible reading and I'm heading to bed now.
I'll see you all in the morning for the monthly virus scan.
