Today's lunch was pretty unhealthy - a sleeve of pink wafers and a 550ml mug of decaff coffee lol Assuming I remember, I'm gonna have 2 pears and an easy peeler to attempt to balance things out a bit for my tea lol

It's officially...
...warmer weather, because my electricity bill was under £100 for the first time this year (I think) which is a huuuge relief 'cos it means that my central heating didn't really come on last month. It was about £200 a month in the depths of Winter, but now that it's half that, I can finally breathe and relax without worrying about how I'm going to scrape the pennies together.

Today's (16th June 2026) breakfast photos
Today's breakfast was just my usual warm weather breakfast of choccie Weetabix, 150ml of soya milk and a 250ml bottle of Wonky Sweet and Sour Apple Juice after my 500ml glass of water to take my 12 morning pills with.

Well, the aim of going to bed at 7pm and waking up at 5am kinda happened, except that I went to bed later because of yesterday's Olio-er and woke up at 4.44am to discover that my 'Morning Stability' reading refused to work... until I came downstairs and noticed that I'd turned my internet off last night lol It's all working fine now though and I've got a score of 3 out of 5 again so I can do a single set of exercises today, which I'll do after I've had my lunch, which I'll have when my delivery has been (it's due between 7am and 1pm).
My blood pressure was higher than normal, but still a bit low, so I dunno what's going on there! My hayfever is already making me cough and sneeze and my eyes are streaming and I'm sooo thirsty, so that's gonna make things even worse for me.
I'm expecting my groceries between 10am and 11am today, so I'm predicting that they will turn up at the same time as my delivery lol I've also gotta remember to put in my next grocery order this morning too.
The daily virus scan was reassuringly clear, so that's a relief.
This first blog post of the day is getting quite long, so I'm shutting up now, getting my breakfast photos up and then today's to-do list.

Today's (15th June 2026) breakfast photos
Today's first breakfast was my usual 500ml glass of water to take my 9 morning pills with, then my solid breakfast was my usual warm weather breakfast of choccie Weetabix with 150ml of soya milk and a 250ml bottle of wonky apple juice.
Mornin' all
Well, I've woken up to a new week of exhaustion and pain with a Visible 'Morning Stability' score of 3 out of 5. My blood pressure was quite high today at 116 and I've put on 250g of weight in the last 7 days. My morning pills have been popped and my breakfast eaten and washed up, so I'm determined not to snack this week and drinks will be water instead of drinking chocolate now that I've finished the tub. The daily virus scan found an advanced issue, so I'll get that resolved soon.
I was going to change the bedding today, but I really don't feel safe enough to even climb the stairs again, let alone change the bedding!
Just one set of exercises today methinks.
Time to get today's breakfast photo sorted and up then my to-do list now I reckon.

...edit number 5 is finished and sent off to my wonderful best friend. I hope he can help me to get it bang on this time so that I can get a headache with trying to deal with Amazon again soonish then finally hit the "publish" button again.
I'm rewarding myself with the last in the tub of drinking chocolate and the Olio-er has said that they will be here at 6.30pm so this is their final chance otherwise I'll block them and report them as a no-show.

Today's (14th June 2026) breakfast photo
For potentially my last meal photo of the week, I forgot to take a photo of the 500ml glass of water before I started popping my pills so this is post-pill-popping. There prolly won't be a tea photo again this week, so this is potentially the last one.

Mornin' all
Well, my bladder woke me up at 3.15am and I only just made it to the bathroom in time. I woke up properly at 4.30am but didn't want to get out of bed. I eventually got up properly at about 4.45am and took my Visible reading which was 3 out of 5 this morning.
My blood pressure was a bit high at 113 but that's still lower than the medical reference range which starts at 120.
I've popped my morning pills, but forgot to take the photo until I was most of the way through taking them, so my last meal photo of the week shows my post-pills breakfast.
I've just got washed and changed so I'm all clean ready for the day now.
The daily virus scan was clear, so that's reassuring.
This first blog post of the day is getting a bit too long, so I'm gonna shut up, get my breakfast photo up, then my to-do list now I reckon.
