Today's (7th July 2026) breakfast photos

I had my normal 500ml glass of water to wash my 10 morning pills down with but my solid breakfast was very dry this morning 'cos there was only about 100ml of Plant Protein soya milk left in the carton to splash onto my choccie Weetabix so it was very dry this morning!  Thankfully, I had a freshly-decanted 250ml bottle of Flawsome sweet and sour apple juice to lubricate my throat with after I'd forced the last few mouthfuls of Weetabix down.

Mornin' all

Well, I had an awful night overnight but it was good to have a fresh sheet and pillowcase on the bed.  It's gonna take a while to get used to not having a duvet, but I'm hoping it won't take long.


My blood pressure was even higher this morning at 116 which ain't good at all.


My 10 morning pills all went down fine and I finished off the last 100ml of soya milk this morning, so my breakfast was a lot drier than normal.


I've remembered to put the bags in front of the door for my groceries and my 'Morning Stability' score was a reassuring 3 out of 5, so I'll do my laps and exercises after lunch after the busyness of this morning has died down.


It's a good job that I put the reminder about the taxi and pharmacy on my goodnight post last night 'cos I completely forgot this morning!


The daily virus scan was reassuringly clear again so I'll put up my breakfast photos, then my to-do list now I reckon.


Gotta remember to clear the browser caches this afternoon too, so that tomorrow's weekly scan doesn't take days instead of hours to complete.

Nite nite orl

It's been a long ole day today, but I'm glad that I managed to change my bedding and eat two meals today.  I'm glad I've managed to get through another couple of months of Steve's bank statements and seen just how many lies he told me and just how much porn he consumed without me suspecting a thing.


Can someone remind me to book a taxi for my medical appointment tomorrow please?  And phone the pharmacy too?


My last two pills of the day have been popped so I'll see you all in the morning.

  • Update the spreadsheet with Steve's financial details starting on 1st March 2022 - just finished doing May 2022 and discovered that he paid pretty much £4,000 on what I suspect was porn in a single night which was a shock, and I'm also as sure as I can be that I was paying into Steve's savings rather than his current account because none of the payments I made to him have shown up yet but he frequently transfered hundreds of pounds from it to top up his current account, which was another lie he told me

  • Get Steve's bank statements for all of 2022 - they will hopefully be here by this weekend - they arrived this morning and I'm really shocked by the first 3 pages unfortunately - I wanna put all of his transactions onto a spreadsheet so that I can find out the truth once and for all - I've made a start on the spreadsheet and it's made me incredibly frustrated at the number of lies Steve told me about his finances and I've only got to the end of February 2022 so far, so I've still got 10 months to go through and I know it's gonna get worse, so I'm just gonna take it really slowly and make sure that there's plenty of chocolate available as a reward for getting through each time I update the spreadsheet

Today's (6th July 2026) breakfast photos

I'm starting off the new week with a full belly thanks to my normal first breakfast of a 500ml glass of water to pop my 9 morning pills with then my usual warm weather breakfast of choccie Weetabix with about 150ml of Plant Protein soya milk and a 250ml bottle of Flawsome wonky orange juice.  I've also got my first allowed caffeinated drink on the go atm too, but there's no photo of that 'cos it's not part of my breakfast.

I've woken up feeling pretty positive and it feels like I've achieved a pretty decent amount already today!


My blood pressure was even higher this morning at 115 but that's still low.  I'm gonna try and remember to ask to get my blood pressure checked when I go for the blow test to see if I've got asthma on the 17th - you watch me forget though lol

I weighed myself after I'd had my breakfast and I'm slap bang in the middle of the weight range that the nurse said to aim for, so I can exercise again this week, but not today 'cos my 'Morning Stability' score was only 2 this morning.


I've moved the recipes into their appropriate folders now and I've got 2 puds and the rest were lunches from OddBox so far.  I've got more folders ready and waiting for breakfasts, teas and drinks whenever I get them, but it's another thing to cross off my to-do list this morning.


Gotta remember to bring my recycling box and waste food caddy back in when they've been emptied this morning.


Gotta change the bedding at lunchtime too and take the duvet off the bed entirely so that it's just the sheet and pillow for the rest of Summer now.


The virus scan was reassuringly clear, so I'm gonna do my Monday admin, get my breakfast photos up then today's to-do list together.

Nite nite orl

It's been a very long, thoroughly exhausting day today and I've given up on waiting for my OddBox to be delivered before I go to bed, so I've popped my last two pills of the day and I'm heading on up to beddy-byes now.  It's weigh-in day tomorrow, so I'll hopefully have put on enough weight to re-start my exercises, but we'll have to wait and see.  Gotta remember to get washed and changed again too.  And officially start Summer with a new sheet and no duvet for the rest of Summer - I'm predicting that it'll be chilly as soon as that happens though lol  Gotta bring my recycling box and food waste container in when they have been emptied too.

So far this morning I've taken my blood pressure which was slightly high for me but still low at 111 again, my morning pills have been popped, I've got washed and changed and here I am.


The daily virus scan was clear, so that's reassuring, as is the fact that I've only fallen over three or four times in the last hour or so.


I've boxed up my food waste and recycling, so I hope I remember to take it out today.  Gotta remember to pop my OddBox container outside this afternoon too.


Time to download and resize my breakfast photo now methinks.

It's been a very long, thoroughly exhausting day today so I've popped my last two pills and I'm heading on up to beddy-byes now.

  • Pull water heating switch on in the bathroom

  • Put details onto spreadsheet

  • Take towel into the bathroom

  • Have bath

  • Get Steve's bank statements for all of 2022 - they will hopefully be here by this weekend - they arrived this morning and I'm really shocked by the first 3 pages unfortunately - I wanna put all of his transactions onto a spreadsheet so that I can find out the truth once and for all - I've made a start on the spreadsheet and it's made me incredibly frustrated at the number of lies Steve told me about his finances and I've only got to the end of February 2022 so far, so I've still got 10 months to go through and I know it's gonna get worse, so I'm just gonna take it really slowly and make sure that there's plenty of chocolate available as a reward for getting through each time I update the spreadsheet
  • Keep an eye on emails about the digital switchover - someone phoned last night and apparently I'll get a letter through the post with a number to call to arrange the engineer's visit to put in the necessary phone line and connect me to the digital thing, so I've just gotta be patient with that as well as the ASHP service document to send to my insurers now
  • Find out about most secure locks from insurers - I've emailed so just waiting for their reply now - they don't advise apparently so I've just gotta do my own research - it's gonna be a BS3621 5-lever mortice deadlock
  • Request quotes for 2 new outside doors on Check A Trade (front door MUST be wood and have a letter box with a BS3621 5-lever mortice deadlock)
