Ice cream or soup, depending on what's available on Tuesday's grocery order
...the spring onions are huge this week, so I'll have one of those, a decent-sized apple and a decent-sized pear for my lunch and either ice cream (if there's enough in stock on Tuesday) or soup for my tea.
I've put the melon and mango onto Olio so I've just gotta be patient and hope there's some interest in both of them.
Next week is definitely gonna be a low calorie, healthier lunch week which will take considerably less preparation than this week's lunches and I can't wait!
...my lunches next week are gonna be apples and pears each day 'cos the strawberries have been replaced with a mango and a lemon that it's not safe for me to use, so I'll be advertising them on Olio and depending on how many apples and how many pears I get it'll either be 1 or 2 (small?) apples and 1 or 2 (small?) pears for each lunch. I've got spring onions coming too as well as 2 jars of pickled eggs if I get hungry, but I'll be eating significantly fewer calories every day next week compared to this week lol

I've only just realised that I didn't give my to-do list it's final update or say goodnight to you all last night because I completely forgot! I'm so sorry!
Today is gonna be a bad day 'cos I almost didn't make it to the bathroom in time, my Visible didn't have enough battery power, at 55%, to take my morning stability score this morning so I dunno if I can push myself or not, then my phone decided that it didn't want to zoom in so I restarted it and it wouldn't open my camera for a little while. When my phone eventually let me access the camera, I took my blood pressure and my phone wouldn't let me attach the photos to an email so I had to restart it again. I filled the glass with water but was so thirsty that I drank half of it before I even left the kitchen, so had to refill it after my fourth wee of the morning and I'd only been awake for half an hour at that point. My pills got stuck in my throat and I almost threw up several times. I went for my fifth wee of the morning and made my breakfast but I couldn't zoom in or take the photo for about 30-45 seconds, which was annoying.
I've managed to log on to my computer and start my Visible charging up and the daily virus scan was clear, so I'm just gonna take it very gently today.
Gotta remember to take my recycling outside and refill my dosette box this afternoon, then put the OddBox container outside at about 5pm then wait to see if my delivery turns up again today or if I'll have to wait until tomorrow.

This man was the same build as Steve was, same posture, same waddle, same chest hair, the same moles and marks on his side, same hairstyle and colour and even wearing the same clothes (topless and black, elasticated shorts)!! This man is obviously very local to me, cos you don't tend to walk around topless at 8am unless you live very close by, right?

Well, the warm weather has officially started for me 'cos I broke out my shortest sleeved top this morning that I only wear when I feel really hot.
I decided to have a shower rather than a bath this morning and I'm not gonna do my laps or exercises even though my morning stability score was 3 out of 5 again this morning, I just don't want to risk it after the shower in case my legs give way underneath me.
I've popped my 9 morning pills with my only breakfast of a 500ml glass of water and I'm not gonna have the Weetabix for the same reason as the lack of exercises - I just don't want to risk pushing myself too much this morning.
My teeth and tongue have been scrubbed and I've just started off the daily virus scan, so I'm good to go until lunchtime now... the only time I'll be leaving the sofa is for bathroom breaks this morning.

It's been a long ole day again today and I'm really feeling it in my body now, so I've taken my last two pills of the day and I'm heading off to beddy-byes as soon as the side effects kick in.
I'll see you all in the morning when I've gotta remember to pull the water heating switch on for half an hour so that I can have a shower instead of a bath.

...Steve's bank statements now and I've already found two bills that I paid him for that were several hundred pounds difference every month. The first one was our phone/TV/internet which was £66 a month, then there's his domain names and hosting which was £12, Netflix was £10, electricity was £114, TV license at £22, Prime at £8, mobile phone at £27, I then paid him £3910 in one day for some reason, then there's 3 payments to "Jade Witter" for £2920 which I'm assuming was for 3 private porn shows (I didn't know he was using porn until I started cancelling his payments)... I'm only up to April 2022 (Steve passed away in December 2022) and I was moving across over £400 a month to "cover the bills" so lets see what the actual cost was, shall we?
£259 in actual bills coming out of his account.
I paid him £450 a month.
£450-£259=£191 a month going on porn and take-aways, plus the thousands to "Jade Witter" and covering any other bills that he couldn't afford each month is a lot of money going into Steve's account out of mine and him getting credit for "paying all the bills".
I know that it's too late to do anything about now, but I'm incredibly disappointed by how much he was lieing to me each month.
Time for pills then bed now I reckon.

After less than 25 hours of barely using it, it's lost 36% charge, so I will have to take my battery things in with me when I go into hospital for the surgery next year otherwise I'll be in the poo while I'm in there with no access to the outside world and bored out of my tiny brain the whole time too.
When I make the date public, can someone remind me to charge the powerpacks up the day or two before and put them into my bag that I'll be taking with me to the hospital please otherwise I'll totally forget!
I've snacked the life out of today, so I figured I'd end the day with a 250ml mug of instant Minestrone Cup Soup for my tea, just to totally send my calorie count into the stratosphere lol

Today's two breakfasts were the same as yesterday's - a 500ml glass of water to pop my morning pills with, then 2 choccie Weetabix with approx 250ml of soya milk and a 250ml bottle of orange juice.

I had to go for an emergency wee at 2am and again at 4am then finally gave up at 4.30am and I've been for at least two more wee's since then. My Visible score was 3 again this morning and my blood pressure was 100. My 9 morning pills have been popped with my first breakfast and my second breakfast has been eaten and washed up, so I'm good to go now.
My next OddBox payment was taken overnight, so starting on Monday it'll officially be hot weather and ice creams for my lunches.
The daily virus scan was still, reassuringly, clear so it's time to get today's first photo put up on here and Insta then get my to-do list together and then my laps.

I'm also grateful that I had a proper breakfast this morning and that the orange juice woke my tastebuds up.
I'm grateful that the monthly virus scan of every single file on my laptop and in the cloud was clear.
I'm grateful that I've finished the cream off in plenty of time for the OddBox delivery of the juice on Sunday-Monday.
I'm grateful that I've had a pretty decent day today.
