Last week is seriously catching up with me and I'm thoroughly knackered so I've taken my last two pills of August bang on time and I'm heading straight to bed.
I'll see you all in the morning.

Today's lunch, like most Monday's, was the leftovers from yesterday's Sunday Roast and this week it consisted of 2 servings of a vegetarian Family Roast and 1 serving of broccoli, washed down with a 330ml can of a Sparkling Passion[fruit] pop.
Here's today's lunch photo:
I'm starting off the week as I mean to go on - with breakfast. Today's first breakfast was a 500ml glass of water to wash my 10 morning pills down with and my second breakfast was my usual choccie Weetabix with Plant Protein soya milk and the last 250ml bottle of Wonky orange juice.
Here's today's two breakfast photos:

I've woken up in a pretty decent mood, my 'Morning Stability' score was a huge 4 out of 5 (so I can do both sets of laps and exercises today), my blood pressure was 125, so right in the middle of the medical range, then I weighed myself and I've put on 1.3kg in the last 7 days, so that's a positive too. All of my 10 morning pills went down reasonably easily, my OddBox has been brought in and put away, so now that I know what I've got to work with, I can put up this week's official menu. I've also had a proper breakfast, so hopefully I won't be snacking this morning. I've put everything into my NutraCheck app, so everything is sorted, admin-wise, until lunchtime now.
The virus scan was reassuringly clear, so I can get my two breakfast photos resized and put up in plenty of time while I wait for the recycling to be picked up and me doing my first set of exercises today.

It's been a long ole day today and I'm thoroughly knackered, so I've taken my pills and I'm starting to shut everything down, ready for when the side-effects kick in.
I'll see you all in the morning.

...this week finally being over and done with.
I've had a busy, stressful, anxious week, but I'm almost through it and all I've gotta do before I head to bed is to apply for my passport with the first photo which seems easy enough to do, I've just gotta hope that I don't have to take as many selfies for the passport as I did for the driving license renewal!
I'm gonna be run off my feet again next week, but I'm really hoping that's it all done and dusted for a while then.

I was wrong this morning when I said my breakfast photo was either the penultimate or last photo of the month 'cos there's one more day left in August lol
Today's tea was the last of my OddBox - a pear.
Here's today's tea photo:
For my penultimate or even last photo of the month, I just had a hydrating glass of water to wash all of my morning pills down with.
Here's today's breakfast photo:
Well, I fell asleep pretty quickly last night because I was so exhausted, but my bladder woke me up at just gone 3.30am and I've been awake ever since.
My 'Morning Stability' score was 3 again, I've popped my 10 morning pills and got myself washed and dressed. The virus scan was reassuringly clear, so I'm gonna take things very very gently today.
Time to get today's breakfast photo up, then the to-do list, then the recycling now I reckon.

It's been a long ole day today with a big surprise in my back yard, but a huge relief too. I'm absolutely cream-crackered now, so I've taken my last two pills of the day and I'm heading to bed now.
I'll see you all in the morning.

I'm now £280 lighter but I've got a clear, safe, tree-free back yard that's completely free of the Norway Maple, the Budleija bush and all the other weeds that were growing in it. I've got the card for the company and he's offered to sort the concrete out for me so that all the gaps and holes are filled in to hopefully stop it from happening again.
Apparently there were two Norway Maples growing and I didn't have the first foggiest clue about the second one, but it's all gone now so I can start from scratch again whenever I want to. I'm thinking I'll get a bird bath or bird table or something like that, but no more plants.
I've gotta stay out of my back yard "until tomorrow" which is no problem at all, but it's one less thing for me to worry about now and I can finally breathe.
Thank you Gaia, thank you Green Man and thank you Loki!
I'm too exhausted to cook after this morning's bath, so I had a packet of crisps for elevenses and I've got a pack of 8 "Milk Chocolate Breaks" and a 500ml glasss of water for my lunch today. I've put the sweetcorn onto Olio so that it doesn't go to waste.
Here's today's lunch photo:
