It's gonna be a very long day tomorrow, starting with scrubbing myself clean and getting changed, then the Olio-er at 9.15am, then my groceries, then my medical appointment and I won't be able to eat until tea time which'll just be a nectarine, so it's gonna be a busy day on an almost empty stomach, but the Olio-er and medical things are just one-off's thankfully.
I've popped my last two pills of the day and I'm gonna head to bed and crawl under the duvet again for the first time in a few months.
