I went into today's breakfast with the thought of "waste not, want not" because the banana's were very spotty and I didn't think they would last until Tuesday. I had a 500ml glass of water to take my 9 morning pills with, then I refilled it with another 500ml of water to wash down the 4 bananas for my solid breakfast.
Today's lunch is gonna be salad again so I'm definitely gonna get my fruit and veg portions in today, considering I've already had 4 of the recommended 5 a day lol
