Second update to today's to-do list

  • Drink glass of water
  • Take morning pills
  • Run daily virus scan - it found an advanced issue which is now resolved - will tomorrow be the first day without the advanced issue??
  • Use blood pressure machine
  • Put details onto spreadsheet
  • Put BP machine away
  • Listen to podcasts
  • Listen to playlists
  • Turn on air purifier
  • Read and review a book
  • Get sponsorship for MacMillan - my postie said that he was going to sponsor me even though he barely knows me!!
  • Get sponsorship for LPT
  • Keep checking FB about languages
  • Get washed and dressed with my carer
  • Charge up FitBit
  • Make breakfast of Weetabix and juice
  • Take photo of my breakfast
  • Have breakfast
  • Weigh myself
  • Log weight into FitBit app
  • Do washing up
  • Resize and put photo on here and Instagram
  • Log breakfast into FitBit app
  • Do morning laps
  • Come up with blurb for book - Rob has offered to help me
  • Ask carer to help me change the bedding
  • Make lunch of chocolate biscuits
  • Take photo of lunch
  • Bring lunch through to the living room 
  • Have lunch
  • Log lunch into FitBit app
  • Post about how much carer helped me
  • Put photo of my lunch up on here and Instagram
  • Take lunchtime pill
  • Do washing up - there isn't any to do
  • Wash and dry bedding - it's due to finish at 1.33pm
  • Do afternoon laps
  • Put bedding on stairs to air
  • Take bedding back upstairs
  • Arrange for my brother to collect the heirlooms - we're narrowing it down slowly now... ideally in the first half term of 2025 - I've just emailed him to ask again - he's just replied and we're aiming for Easter instead now
  • Edit manuscript again in March
  • There's chocolate multipacks in the fridge
  • As well as the snacks in the tubs on the side
  • And chocolate raisins in the fridge
  • If I can wait for half an hour then there's fruit bread too
