Today's (1st April 2026) to-do list
Today's (1st April 2026) breakfast photo
My first meal of my fresh-start month was my usual 2 slices of wholemeal 'Toastie' toast with approximately 20g of 'Buttery' spread and a freshly decanted 250ml bottle of Tropical juice.
Here's today's breakfast photo:
Mornin' all
I've been awake and downstairs for 3½ hours, and I'm pretty proud of everything I've accomplished so far this morning. I've taken my blood pressure (which was in my normal range), popped my 9 morning pills, started off the weekly virus scan, had my breakfast, got washed and changed, started off the weekly backups, done my exercises, put my external hard drive away and collapsed onto the sofa to make this first blog post of the day.
My heart is gonna break in a big way today, but it needs to be done and it's been waiting for 4 years, so it's time for me to say goodbye to Steve for the last time.
Gonna get today's breakfast photo sorted now, then put today's to-do list together.
