For my final lunch made here, I finished off the 400g of seedless red grapes and the two apples with a 500ml glass of water, but I still needed to bump my calories up, so I had 2 blueberry and 2 cherry soya yoghurts too (so 11 portions of fruit in one meal) and I'm well stuffed now! lol
