For the third day on the trot my lunch was 8 chocolate biscuit bars and a 500ml glass of water made entirely by me again while my carer was using her phone for the entire 18 minute visit... I guess I should be used to it by now <shrug> I'll be able to have proper lunches of bread or fruit loaf and dairy-free spread starting tomorrow though, so that's a relief... just gotta remember to take the bread/fruit loaf out of the freezer at 10am first though otherwise it'll be a mug of instant soup for lunch each day that I forget.
