Today's breakfast was just my usual choccie Weetabix with plant protein soya milk and a 250ml bottle of orange juice.
I need to put on more weight this week so I'm already on my second hot chocolate of the morning and, like last week, it'll be hot chocolates (hopefully creamy if it's in stock tomorrow) for every drink (other than when I pop my pills). I need to get as many calories into me as I can but genuinely don't know how to do it.
