I said in my last blog post that I'd saved about £20 in the last 11 months on the toilet rolls, but I was wrong on two counts and I'm sorry for both my mistakes.
My first mistake was that I last bought toilet rolls almost exactly a year ago so it's been 12 months, not 11 months.
My second mistake was the amount I've saved... it wasn't £20, it was an eye-wateringly staggering £109!! I've basically got over 3 weeks worth of groceries for free, just from that one thing, so I dread to think how much else I've saved on all the meat and crisps and egg custards and pop and milk that were a regular weekly spend for Steve!
I can do this budgeting lark after all!
