Well I'm sore, stiff, achey and very very wobbly this morning but that's totally normal for me after yesterday. I'm gonna have my weekly bath after lunch so I'm hoping the hot water will help me to recover in time for tomorrow.
I've popped my morning pills with my morning glass of water and only crunched one of them up today but that was purely out of habit rather than the size of it - I was proud of myself until that point! lol
The virus scan was clear so it's time to publish this and put today's to-do list up methinks.
