I'm absolutely shattered this morning 'cos I went to bed at 7.30pm, woke up at 11pm, dozed off and on until 3am when I came down for an emergency wee and couldn't get back to sleep!
I've taken my morning pills and run the daily virus scan (which was still clear) as well as refilling the bottle with squash and putting my phones on to charge.
I managed to swallow all my pills without crunching any of them up this morning, and I think I've worked out why it was happening - I hadn't got enough water in my mouth to swallow the magic pill - I took large mouthfuls each time this morning and bingo!
Time to put today's to-do list up before I forget and/or my last carer of the week arrives.
