Nite nite orl

I've gotta remember that it's the weekly virus scan tomorrow so I shouldn't open my email programmes.  I've also gotta save the documents onto the CD's, print off the letter and pop it in an envelope now that the final delivery has turned up at last.  I've also gotta remember to take a few slices of fruit loaf out of the freezer at 10am so that I can have a better lunch than the 8 biscuit bars I've had for the last 3 days and crisps for the 8 days before that.

For now though, that's me done for the night, so I've popped my pills and I'm heading on up to beddy-byes.
