Well, I remembered that today is the day of my weekly virus scan and backups so I haven't opened my emails so far today, which is a relief.
I've remembered to pop my morning pills and take the video, so I'm good to go until my carer arrives now. Will I remember to take the fruit loaf out of the freezer at 10am ready for my lunch?
Time to put up today's to-do list now methinks.
