I've decided...

...to do both sets of laps today 'cos I had a choccie breakfast which was over 700 calories and made me significantly go into the red on my FitBit graph, so I've just done my first set of laps of the day and I'll do the second set when my carer has left after lunch and I'll have to hope that my deliveries don't turn up in the middle of me doing them lol  


My FitBit graph is back into the green now, so that's reassuring, but it'll be red again by the time I've had the leftovers so I'll need to do the laps again to burn some of them off.


The rest of the week is hopefully toast for breakfast and instant soup for lunch so that should be easy enough to burn off and turn the graph green, without feeling guilty about me-friendly creamy hot chocolates whenever I get the craving.
