Well, it's the start of a new week and I'm still bloated from yesterday so I'm just having a decaff coffee for breakfast. I've weighed myself and I'm bang on the cross-over weight for my laps so I'll do one set today because I'll only be eating about 700 calories today then back to the twice a day starting tomorrow.
I've potentially got a long day ahead of me with the 2 deliveries arriving so I won't take my bedtime pills until they've both arrived.
I'm currently charging up my FitBit and the daily virus scan found an advanced issue so I'll attempt to resolve that before my first carer of the week arrives.
This blog post is getting way too long so I'm gonna shut up, publish it and get today's to-do list together.
