Mornin' all

I woke up before 4am this morning, thinking it was after 5am so I hurriedly put on my glasses, brushed my hair and came downstairs in a flap to hurriedly take my blood pressure.  It was only when I turned my phone on to take the photo that I was doing everything early instead of late lol

My blood pressure was my normal reading, my pills went down well this morning and breakfast was a bottle of fruit juice.  I've started off the weekly virus scan so I'm all ready for the day now, starting with a drinking choccie to warm me up, then I'll do what I should have done yesterday and sort out my blood pressure photos and put them up on my health site.

Time to publish this and stick the kettle on methinks.
